Control Bronze Orange Bug - Treatment

These brightly coloured bronze orange bugs on citrus trees and flowers. They suck the sap from young stems and damage new growth. They give off a bad-smelling substance when threatened so its best to spray them with an approved systemic insecticide to control their numbers.

If infestation is on a fruiting tree Baythroid can be used with a minimal withholding period

If infestation is severe on non-bearing and ornamental citrus, spray with Searles Conguard. Please note: This product is NOT registered for fruiting citrus trees
