    First here in 1989 · 13 years all up

    Our first apprentice back in 1989. Left for a stretch, came back, and is now one of the owners.

    Joined the family business as an owner in 1996.

    At Altra since 2010 · 16 years

    Second generation. Grew up in the nursery, has worked here since he was 13, and joined as an owner in 2020.
