💚 How It Works

  • Earn points every time you shop in-store at Altra Nursery.

  • 1 point = 1 cent.

  • Your points add up automatically with each purchase.

  • Use your points to save on future visits.

🎁 Redeeming Your Points

  • Redeem your points in-store on eligible purchases.

  • A minimum of 500 points ($5 value) is required to redeem.

  • Points can’t be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

  • Reward offers and redemption rules may change from time to time.

🛒 Earning Points

  • Points are calculated on the final amount paid after discounts.

  • Points aren’t earned on gift cards, delivery fees, refunds, or excluded promotional items.

  • Points are added once your purchase is complete.

⏳ Point Expiry

  • Points expire 12 months after they’re earned if not used.

  • Accounts with long periods of inactivity may have points removed.

  • If an item is refunded, the points earned from that purchase will be removed from your account.
