Monstera laniata has narrower, more neatly perforated leaves than the familiar deliciosa, and this form splashes them with white. It wants to climb: give it a moss pole and the leaves grow larger and more open as it heads up.
Bright indirect light keeps the white sections crisp. A chunky, free-draining mix and a drink when the top few centimetres dry out cover the rest. Toxic if eaten, so keep it away from pets.
