Thai Constellation is the variegated monstera on most collectors' lists. Every leaf carries its own pattern of cream splashes, and the plant builds slowly into a climber of around head height indoors.
Bright indirect light keeps the variegation strong, because the cream sections carry no chlorophyll and scorch easily in sun. Plant it in a chunky mix, give it a pole, and water once the top few centimetres dry out.
