The variegated form of the baby rubber plant, with thick, glossy leaves edged in cream. It's one of the easier indoor plants to keep happy: those succulent leaves store water, so it shrugs off the odd missed watering and doesn't ask for much beyond a bright spot out of direct sun.
Compact and slow growing, it suits a windowsill, shelf or desk without outgrowing its space for years. Give it a free-draining mix and let the top dry out before watering again.
