A giant bromeliad that earns its place as a feature plant. Silver Plum forms a broad architectural rosette of silvery leaves washed with plum tones — spectacular flanking an entrance, anchoring a garden bed or starring in a large pot.
It's remarkably unfussy for something so dramatic: sun or part shade, free-draining mix, and a splash of water into the central rosette rather than the soil. Handles coastal positions and Sydney summers with ease.
